Ronald J. Noble
Ron is a director of Asset Management in the Philadelphia office. He is responsible for providing investment management solutions, including global equities, fixed income, real assets, and alternative investments for clients of Abbot Downing. Ron has more than 20 years of experience in the investment management industry.
Prior to Abbot Downing, Ronald was a director of Portfolio Management for Wells Fargo Family Wealth. He joined Wells Fargo in 1997. Prior to his association with Wells Fargo, he served as director and lead portfolio manager with Evergreen Private Asset Management in Baltimore. In that capacity, he provided investment management solutions to approximately 40 high-net-worth individuals and nonprofit organizations. Ron also served as Chief Executive Officer for Seekers, Inc., a financial consulting firm, and was the managing partner and co-founder of The Traders Group Ltd., a private investment partnership, where he developed investment models for the equity, fixed income and futures markets.
After graduating from Gilman School in Baltimore, Ron attended Loyola University where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in political science while he clerked at the State’s Attorney’s Office for the city of Baltimore. He earned a master’s degree in finance from the University of Baltimore. He is a holder of the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
